Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for a MAGTOS license purchase.

Before provisioning begins

If you cancel before provisioning and handover of your deployment has begun, contact us at contact@magtos.travel quoting your order reference and we will address your request directly, including any refund of amounts paid.

After provisioning begins

Once provisioning and handover have begun, work and infrastructure have been committed to your deployment. Any refund or adjustment at that stage is handled case by case and confirmed in writing.

Bank-wire orders

For bank-wire orders, your license issues on verified receipt of funds. If you decide not to proceed before we have verified receipt, simply do not send the transfer, or contact us so we can close the order.
