This policy explains how Meridian Arc Global LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the magtos.travel website, its contact form, and its license-purchase flow. It is written to be read plainly.

No analytics, no tracking

This website runs no analytics and sets no tracking. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

The only external script the site may load is Cloudflare Turnstile — an anti-spam check on pages that carry a form, and only when spam protection is active. It tells genuine visitors from automated bots so the forms are not abused; it is not analytics and does not track you across the web.

What is stored on your device

Your theme preference (dark, light, or automatic) and a note that you dismissed the privacy notice are stored locally in your browser. They never leave your device and are never sent to us.

Contact form

When you send the contact form, the details you enter are delivered to the mailbox of the department you selected so we can respond. The website itself stores nothing; we keep that correspondence only as long as we need it to handle your request.

You can ask us to delete your details at any time — reply to any message from us, or write to legal@magtos.travel quoting your reference number.

License purchase

When you begin a license purchase, the buyer details you enter (name, email, company, country) and your chosen offer and payment method are sent to our checkout service to start the order. Card payment happens on the payment gateway’s own secure checkout — we never see or handle your card details.

We use the information you provide to process your order, provision your deployment, and support the handover. We do not use it for advertising.
